About PowerYourRoom
In response to the shortcomings of existing software programs, we have created two solutions.
Our solutions give “Power to your Room”, enabling you to achieve higher occupancy at higher rates. PowerYourRoom is founded on more than 50 years collective expertise within the hospitality industry. Our extensive experience in both marketing software to hotels and using software ourselves as hoteliers, has given our founders a true understanding of the common needs and frustrations.
Our Team
It is the vision of the founders and the very capable development and support team which make up PowerYourRoom. We all have a proven record internationally of our customer care. Our know how and expertise is an asset we welcome our clients to take advantage of.
Klimis Messios is an expert in hotel marketing and distribution strategies. His focus has always been to grow bookings with optimal profitability for the properties he has worked with. Prior to joining PowerYourRoom, Klimis managed the European Travelclick sales team where he further honed his skill in hotel marketing. He was pivotal in defining the brand identity for Golden Tulip and was responsible for distribution, revenue management, and sales and marketing. Klimis holds his degree from the University of North London and was a Fulbright scholar.
Ellen’s career began in sales with Intercontinental where she worked in a variety of positions ultimately holding roles within senior sales & marketing management divisions at Kempinski, Hyatt and Marriott. Prior to joining PowerYourRoom, Ellen was the Regional Director of Sales in Germany & German speaking Switzerland at Travelclick. Upon her departure from Travelclick, Ellen had built up her region from scratch to one of the most successful territories within the organization. Ellen is a graduate of the Hotelschool The Hague and received a Bachelor in Business Administration in Hotel Management.
Idan’s expertise lies in product development and he has had hands-on experience as a Revenue Manager where he oversaw the overall hotel distribution and pricing strategies for the Radisson Blu Amsterdam Airport. His input was fundamental in increasing the hotel’s RevPAR. Prior to joining PowerYourRoom, Idan held the position of Director of Sales at Travelclick where he successfully managed and grew the territories of the Netherlands, Nordic Countries and Israel. Idan is a graduate of the Hotelschool The Hague and received a Bachelor in Business Administration in Hotel Management.
